The Struggle Before Online Personal Training
Like many people who come to me for online personal training in Ireland, Erica could stay motivated for a short-term transformation programme… but keeping that consistency once the programme ended was always the missing piece.
She knew what foods she “shouldn’t” eat, but cutting out the things she enjoyed:
takeaways, chocolate, and family meals, never lasted.
That all-or-nothing mindset only led to frustration and burnout.
It was time for a new approach...
The Turning Point
When Erica joined my 12-Week Online Personal Training Programme, we flipped the script.
Instead of focusing on what she believed she shouldn't do; treats, snacks, takeout's etc, we focused on what she should do, which is to make small, consistent and enjoyable changes that fit her lifestyle.
She learned to structure her nutrition in a way that included the foods she loved while staying in a calorie deficit and hitting her protein targets.
Alongside this, she began to strength train on my online sessions, first working on form and technique, then gradually building up the intensity.
Over time, this approach built confidence, structure, and strength.

From 2–3 kneeling press-ups to 15–20 full push-ups with perfect form
Noticeable gains in energy, fitness, and daily confidence
