I’m Alan, your dedicated personal trainer and mindset coach. I specialize in helping desk-based working mams who are ready to take charge of their health, energy and mental well-being.
As a qualified Personal Trainer and psychotherapist-in-training, I created this programme to provide the holistic support needed for real, lasting transformation.
If you’re ready to commit to the journey and put in the work, I’ll guide you every step of the way. But if you're not fully prepared to prioritize this, then this programme may not be the right fit for you right now.
PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAMME: WHAT'S INCLUDED
SEAMLESS APP EXPERIENCE:

FULL ACCESS to our seamless APP where your 12-Week Programme will be broken down in a simple step-by-step manner.
CONVENIENT ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS:

UNLIMITED ACCESS to our SEMI-PRIVATE ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS with your very own online personal trainer. These online personal training sessions last for 20-30 minutes and run daily so there's plenty to choose from to suit your schedule. You will also get access to an optional and completely PERSONALISED TRAINING PROGRAMME that you can do in your own time outside of sessions, either at home or in your local gym
GUIDED MINDFULNESS CLASSES:

After every live personal training session you'll have the option to do 10-minutes of meditation to help you slow down the mind, become less reactive, and regain the ability to manage stress and anxiety that bit better. You'll also get access to a number of different psychological resources to help you get motivated, stay motivated, and manage anxiety, stress, and cravings
PERSONAL NUTRITION COACHING:

No more guesswork - just simple step-by-step and personalised nutrition coaching for long-term success (don't worry - this isn't an unsustainable approach)
PERSONAL ACCESS TO COACH ALAN:

18-HOUR A DAY ACCESS (Mon-Fri) to Coach Alan in case you need further support, advice, or encouragement. Alan checks and responds to messages at 9.00 am, 12.30 pm and 5.00pm Mon-Fri
RECIPE BOOKS:

6x RECIPE BOOKS (over 200-pages) along with our super-simple meal planning system & shopping list to make your nutritional plan simple, enjoyable and sustainable.
ACCOUNTABILITY:

While Alan will not hold your hand and do the work for you, he will clarify everything you need to do and walk with you every step of the way on your transformation journey; checking in to see if you're ok if you happen to go quiet; reviewing your food diary, exercise sessions and progress every Monday, and providing detailed analysis and feedback. Additionally, Alan will provide a compassionate form of accountability that does not make you feel judged; but which empowers you so you can become confident in holding yourself accountable.

You'll gain access to our empowering ONLINE SUPPORT GROUP where you'll network, interact and build friendships with like-minded ladies who are on the same journey and who experience similar obstacles
