  • Pre-programme Prep Call: So you'll know exactly what you need to do come day 1, and will have full confidence in your ability to do it

  • Online PT Sessions: With early morning, morning and evening slots to choose from, you'll join myself (Coach Alan) and a handful of other members to receive strength-training guidance and coaching - no guesswork, no worrying about doing exercises incorrectly.

 

  • Self-Directed/DIY Training Programme: For the days you can't make it onto our live sessions, you can do a session through our app in your own time 

  • Psychology-based Nutrition Coaching: Our approach is aligned with psychological research; to make long-term nutritional changes, your approach needs to be gradual, simplified, non-restrictive, easy and enjoyable. 

  • Psychology-based Mindset Coaching: Our in-app psychological resources, along with hands-on coaching from Coach Alan, is designed to help you improve your relationship with exercise, nutrition, and most importantly, yourself. 

  • 18-Hour A Day Support: If you have any questions, face a challenge, you simply DM Alan through our app message centre and he will be there to help.
