MEET YOUR PERSONAL TRAINER, COACH ALAN

The 10-Day Reset by Mind Body Training is delivered by Coach Alan, an ITEC-qualified personal trainer with over nine years of experience supporting women through sustainable weight loss and lifestyle change.


In addition to his fitness background, Coach Alan has completed four years of professional psychotherapy training with the Irish Institute of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IICP), a leading psychotherapist training institute in Ireland, and is currently awaiting full qualification. Alan's approach combines evidence-base psychology principles to improve consistency, confidence and long-term habit change.

This isn’t guesswork.

It’s a structured system built around how women actually live.

Before the Reset Trial begins, you'll complete a 7 Day Prep Phase designed to set you up for success before you even start the Reset.

This ensures you understand the structure, prepare your nutrition, and enter the 10 Day Reset Trial with clarity and confidence.

Then, across the 10 Day Reset, you will:

  • Train 3-4 times inside of our structured, online personal training sessions

  • Learn how to train safely and effectively from home

  • Gain access to our psychoeducation library, learning tools to help you manage your mental wellness and improve your mindset in relation to exercise and nutrition

  • Follow a simple, non-restrictive nutrition framework that is tailored to your unique needs, while logging your meals into the in-app food diary

  • Receive regular check-ins for support and accountability

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Do I need a gym membership?

No. All sessions are delivered online with early morning, morning, and evening time slots available. You can train from home. If you miss a live session, you’ll have full access to a back-up version inside the app.

2. What if I haven’t exercised in years?

That’s completely fine. The programme is structured to meet you at your current level. Exercises are coached properly, and progressions are built gradually. This isn’t extreme training; it’s structured training.

3. Do I need to follow a strict meal plan or cut out foods?

No. You won’t be asked to overhaul your entire diet or eat separate meals from your family. The Reset focuses on just one meal and hydration, rather than restriction.

4. What results can I realistically expect in 10 days?

From historical data, over 70% of women who complete the Reset lost between 2–5 lbs and 2–4 cm from their waist. We cannot guarantee you the same outcomes, as results vary depending on starting point and consistency, but the structure is designed to produce measurable progress when followed.

5. Is this just a quick fix?

​No. The 10 Day Reset is the first phase of the 12 Week Mind-Body Transformation. It’s designed to build momentum and confidence, not deliver short-term, unsustainable results.

6. Am I locked into the 12-week programme?
