Why Am I So Pessimistic About Everything?

T’was the early hours of this morning, and I rose up out of my bed, slowly, like a Zombie rising out of the grave to ‘trick and treat’.

I’d an early morning online session, but the spirits of Halloween began to cause tech issues for me, and I couldn’t get into the session.

‘Great start to the day’..

.. I said.

‘Here's to crappy’.

Luckily I snapped myself out of that way of thinking…and demanded myself to be more optimistic.

Anyhoo, I had another session at 8.45 am, and flew down to my office on the bike to do it.

On my travels, I felt great.

High as a kite on an effective dose of optimism.

But when I got to my office door…. it dawned on me:

“Bloody idiot. You left your keys at home”.

My thoughts began to turn negative.

Again.

I had so much to do, yet believed I ruined my day due to a silly mistake that kept me locked out of my office.

Until I reminded myself that this was a little 'optimism test’, and the quality of my day would be determined by whether I failed or passed.

I decided to stay optimistic... and passed the test.

As I’m writing this, I’m in good spirits. And my day has gone really well.

However…

.. had I let my mind run away with me this morning when I had the tech issue, I know for sure that the day would have spiralled as soon as I got down to my office and realised I didn’t have my key.

I likely would have had, excuse my Canadian, a sh!t day.

I’m sharing this with you, to remind you that a good life consists of good years, good years of good months, good months of good weeks, good weeks of good days.

And a good day, in large part, is influenced by how you think and what you do at the start of it. Along with how you respond to the daily obstacles life throws at you.

So let me help you start your days off on a more positive and optimistic footing each morning, in order to help you improve the overall quality of your life.

How?

Well, with the help of my 6-Week Mistletoe Makeover which starts on the 6th of next month.

A couple of mornings each week, you’ll get up and do online semi-private sessions with me, and get the option to do some meditation at the end of each of them.

Getting a sweat going, and the endorphins flowing.

In turn, it will help you start your days of thinking and feeling better than you’re currently feeling, which will make it a hell of a lot easier for you to stay consistent with the simplified nutrition plan I'll personalise for you.

And when all the above ingredients are mixed, it will leave you standing under the Mistletoe this Christmas looking, looking, thinking and feeling really good within your own skin.

Sounds good?

The waiting list will close soon. Click the link below to learn more and get your name on it.

Happy Halloween,
