Meet client X (wants to remain anonymous) who is currently down 2.4 stone and only 10 weeks into her 12-Week Mind-Body Challenge.
Here she was at 6 weeks in (24lbs down at this stage and a visible difference)..
How did she do it?

Sometimes we can feel like we're stuck, and that change just isn't possible.
You tried many of times in the past, and due to life situations at the time, the headspace you were in, or the approach you took, you eventually got side-tracked and 'failed'.
I'm here to tell you that past 'failures' don't have to determine present decisions and future outcomes, and that change IS possible by taking small, incremental, CONSISTENT and COMMITTED actions upon doable tasks.
So don't lose faith in yourself and in your capabilities!
