The 10-Day Reset Trial (Phase One) is delivered by Coach Alan, an ITEC qualified personal trainer with over nine years of experience helping women achieve sustainable weight loss and lifestyle change.
In addition to his fitness background, Coach Alan is an integrative psychotherapist who completed four years of professional psychotherapy training with the Irish Institute of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IICP), one of Ireland's leading training institutes.
This means your coaching is guided by proven psychology principles that help you stay consistent, build confidence and actually stick to the process.
This is not therapy, but mindset-aware coaching that supports behaviour change in a fitness context.

No. All sessions are delivered online with early morning, morning, and evening options. You can train from home, and if you miss a live session, a full back-up session is available inside the app.

That’s completely fine. The programme is structured to meet you at your current level, with proper coaching and gradual progressions built in. This isn’t extreme training, it’s structured training you can stick to.
3. Do I need to follow a strict meal plan or cut out foods?
No. You won’t be asked to overhaul your entire diet or eat separate meals from your family. The Reset focuses on one key meal and hydration, not restriction.
4. What results can I realistically expect in 10 days?
