MIND

Our Personal Trainer is also a trainee Psychotherapist, so will help you work on improving your mind, mood and outlook as much as your body and physical health

BODY

Our personal training clients generally see a weight loss of between 10-28 lbs or a reduction of 1-2 clothing sizes by the end of week 12, along with a boost in energy levels, improved relationships with food.. and a new appreciation for their health and well-being

TRAINING

Our semi-private personal training sessions are delivered online and last for 20-30 minutes, with multiple timeslots to choose from to suit your schedule. You will also get access to backup workouts in the app, in case you can't make it to some of our live sessions

Hey! I'm Alan, the 'Coach who Takes a Psychological Approach'. I'm a Qualified Personal Trainer.. and also in training to become a licensed Psychotherapist.


In 2017, I created Mind-Body Training to help busy ladies like you change how they think, their bodies.. and their lives in general.
