TRAINING SESSIONS: Our personal training sessions are delivered online, with early morning, morning and evening sessions to picks and choose from to suit your schedule. Each session lasts for 25-30 minutes, and can be done in the comfort of your home or in a gym. All you need is a stable internet connection, and an enthusiastic attitude
NUTRITION: You will be provided with our 'does not feel like a diet' nutritional framework, which will then be personalised to your unique needs. Our approach is non-restrictive - Coach Alan will never tell you to cut out foods that you enjoy, or to eat foods that might be perceived as healthy, but foods you do not enjoy. Additionally, you will be provided with multiple recipe books which are jam-packed with mouth-watering ideas, along with eat-out calorie guides in case you want go out for a meal, or order a takeaway, such as Dominos, along with our in-app food tracker to help you stay on track and received detailed feedback from Coach Alan each week
MINDSET: What makes our programme unique, is the level of attention that it provides to the mind. You will receive personalised mindset coaching from Alan, which will help you cultivate the right attitude towards training and nutritional, along with research-backed psychological tools to help you manage or improve your overall outlook and mental-well being
SUPPORT & ACCOUNTABILITY: Each day, week and month you will be provided with simple accountability tasks, such as logging your food, and every week Coach Alan will analyse your account, and provide you with detailed feedback along with advise to help you fine-tune the process and make it easier, more enjoyable and more sustainable. You will also gain access to a 1:1 check-in call with Coach Alan every 4 weeks, and if in-app access to Alan if you have any questions or need support prior to check-in calls
COMMUNITY: Although the programme is delivered online, you will still be joining a community of like-minded members, who like you, juggle working full time with being a mammy, and have similar obstacles and goals. You will interact with such members on our online sessions and in our community support group, and like many members, you may meet a member from the same county as you, and make a new walking-buddy
