Losing weight and improving your energy levels and confidence is by no means easy. What makes it a lot harder, however, is doing the wrong things. And by the wrong things, I mean doing things that you think you have to do, but things that don't suit you and your busy schedule. With me as your personal trainer, I will ensure that the only things you do are things that you will be able to commit to doing long-term. I will remove the guesswork, and provide you with a personalised exercise, nutrition and lifestyle design programme that will be simple, enjoyable and sustainable, and I will be there to coach and guide you every step of the way
Results To Expect
While results do vary, and are determined by individual effort, my personal training clients generally see a weight loss of 7-18 lbs within their first 6-weeks, along with a reduction of 1-2 clothing sizes, improved and stable energy levels and also a boost in their confidence and general mood.
Also, as a trainee Psychotherapist, I will work with you to help you change any unhelpful thinking patterns you might have in regards to exercise and nutrition, with the goal of helping you improve your relatinship with both.
Our 3 Pillar Personal Training Model
Here at Mind-Body Training, we don't just focus on physical transformations. Instead, our focus is to help your make a holistic change that positively impacts all areas of your life. Here are the 3 pillars we use to help you achieve that:
Pillar 1: Mind
To change your body and life, you need to change the way you think. Here are some of the ways I help my clients do that:

Prior to starting, each client does a 1:1 mind-coaching session with me to help them gain clarity on certain mental blocks that might be getting in their way

A mind-plan is then designed to help them overcome such blocks

Each client is then provided with psychological tools which are rooted in CBT and A.C.T, which helps them get and stay motivated, manage stress, emotional eating and their overall moods

Each client also gains access to my live meditation sessions, along with support from myself when they need it most
Pillar 2: Body
This pillar is focused on providing your body with the nutrients it needs to help you lose weight, boost your energy and improve your overall health. All of your nutrition will be personalised, and you will only eat foods you actually enjoy, and don't have to cut out your favourite foods that you might deem as 'unhealthy'.
Also, the approach you will take will be a gradual one. For example, in week 1 you will only have to focus on your breakfast, and I will help you come up with 9 different meal ideas that are convenient, tasty and enjoyable. Once you get used to breakfast, we'll then move onto your lunch, and then your dinner.
This approach ensures that you don't get overwhelmed, and can make changes that will last a lifetime.
Pillar 3: Training
The third and final Pillar is Training. Here I will help you build a really solid strength training foundation to support weight loss and strength/fitness building. Here are the different options you have:

Most new members go with the Semi-Private Online Personal Training Sessions Option, and start with 3x sessions per week. Here is the time-table:
Every morning, Mon to Fri: 6.30 - 7.00 am
Every morning, Mon to Fri: 10.00 - 10.30 am
Every evening, Mon to Fri: 5.15 - 5.45 pm
Think you could fit 3x sessions in each week? If not, don't worry. We can discuss the one-to-one option and get the sessions done on days and times that suit you better.
